As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 24 years of field experience under my belt, I offer a competent and comfortable environment to be yourself and work on goals that are personal and meaningful to you.

I received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology in 1999; a Doctorate in Counselor Education & Supervision in 2005. Before moving to Austin, I was an Associate Professor of Counseling & Psychology, receiving the honor of Tenure in 2011. Although teaching is a passion of mine, I thoroughly enjoy the one-on-one relationship developed with clients in my private practice.

My professional background best prepares me to work individually with adults. Please refer to my areas of specialization to discover more.

In my personal time, I love spending time in nature, goofing off with my daughter, traveling, reading, cooking with the hubby, playing with our four rescue dogs, boating and being on the water, thrift shopping, trying to find the best bottle of red under $10, gardening, and designing and completing home projects.
